So i had a system like this.

Msi 970 Gaming Mobo
Fx 8350 Cpu - Hyper 212 Evo Cooler
Hyperx Savage Ddr3 8Gb 2x4 Ram
Asus Strix Gtx 1070 Gpu
1Tb Hdd ( system on this )
640Gb Hdd ( empty )
LC Power 600w Psu

And recently i bought:

Asus Strix Z270F Mobo
I5 7600K
Corsair Vengeance Led 2x8gb 3200mhz.

Current system

Asus strix z270f mobo
I5 7600k cpu
Corsair vengean e 2x8gb ram
Asus strix 1070 gpu

I kept my Hdd from old system and my Psu ( plus cpu cooler )

Now i put everyrhing together first time i turn on everything is lit lights on fans spinning but no display still.
I then took everything out and put it all together again so i checked if anything is lose if everything is connected good and started it up, again everything turns on but no display. ( just to know i have a monitor that has vga so i am using a hdmi to vga adapter/convertor ). I did this 2 more times getting everything out and assembling again but nothing still. I even put it all together outside of case and tested everything piece by piece and everything works but display wont show nothing ( by. Checking everything i mean checked ram, put in one stick then the other, try withoud gpu connect monitor to my mobos integrated gpu still nothing, tried doing it with only one hdd and tried it with the empty hdd too to see if it will atleast boot but nothing, i also tried powering on pc with screwdriver as i saw many people say to try when testing everything, took out bios battery and still nothing. Then i gave up and decided to put my old componenta back in since i know everything worked, but to my surprise it all starts up fans spinning but no display. I hear no beeps when booting, also there are led lighta on mobo that shine different color that tell you if specific component is not working and its showing that everything is ok except the green light for boot device is constantly on while the other just turn on and then turn of ( as i understood from the user manual if it stays on it means theres a problem ) now i really dont know what to do now and want to try all before packing my shit up and taking it to a service shop.

Just to be shure: do you have a pc speaker to make the beeps? Is it propperly inserted in the right pins?
And did you test your monitor somewhere else?
Does the Hdd led light up? Does it blink? Do you hear any access to your disk?
You can have a dead mobo on your hands..

Since the integrated GPU also didnt work, that pretty much verifies its not a GPU issue. If it was a GPU issue, one would work and the other wouldnt. The cheapest first solution would be to replace the VGA/HDMI cables. You can try your current setup, or try HDMI to HMDI / VGA to VGA / DVI to DVI etc. If that doesnt work, it could be a monitor issue.

Its possible but still unlikely that it is a motherboard issue. I am unsure how to deal with motherboard problems.

Try replacing the adapter and wire. That way you can keep your current setup. Usually you can return the parts within 2 weeks if that doesnt fix it.

I just went to a store and bought a new adapter, it was the adapter. So relieved right now. Thanks for all your fast responses and help. :)
