My Pc turns on for a second then turns off

I build my PC like 3 months ago and I was already having driver problems so I knew this PC wouldn't really perform to its best(being my first selfbuilt PC). Now it doesn't even turn on anymore I've had for 3 months now everything worked "fine" besides some driver crashes.All that happens now is it turning on,leds too and the case fan starts spinning then it turns off again.I'm piss poor so I can't get a new part to try it out neither can I borrow a part.I hope you guys can help out.

What are your PC specs? Are you capable of recording the PC going on and off, uploading it on a video sharing site and then send it to us? There could be many things wrong.
