My pc turns on no bios no windows no display my mouses leds only sometimes turn on

So my pc turns on the cpu fan works gpu works psu hdd ssd case are brand new and my ram is ok . Psu antec 750w ssd kingston a400 hdd wd blue, we accidentaly didnt plug the 6 pin into the gpu at one of the times of trying to fix it and it showed up on screen we plug it in nothing again.

Some new simptoms:
The pc now gets to the bios settings doesnt want to recognise the usb with windows(all this with no gpu) doesnt want to boot and in shell it starts to countdown and stops at 1sec and freezes
