hi so I've noticed that my pc usb's are not charging my headset, tried different cables so I know its not the cables.

the headset says "charging battery" it looks like its charging but never completes as if there's no juice pumping into it.

the motherboard on pc is a ASUS M5A99x evo R2.0 and the headset is a turtle beach stealth 450.

also my pc can not charge a mobile phone again phone says its charging but charge never increases even if the phone is turned off.

my full pc specs are in the signature.

Solution
if that doesn't work, make sure the usb power options are disabled.
To do this, go to control panel -> System ->Power & Sleep->Additional Power Settings->Change plan Settings.
Scroll down to the usb section and disable for both plugged in and unplugged.

Windows tries to manage power and sometimes reduces or turns off things it deems "unimportant".

thanks I didn't think of trying to do that, also just want to add that when my phone is plugged in it will do file transfer I can explore the phone files that works fine but no charge, lets see if reinstalling the driver has worked.
