My PC will start up but I can't see anything on the screen only "No signal"

Turn on the PC after a CPU switch and wont start up to won't show anything but the fans and led's are on new cpu: ryzen 7 2700x Motherboard: B350m Bazooka

Put your old CPU back in and update your BIOS to the latest version if you haven't already. The 2700x requires a BIOS update to function, so if this is a system you built back in 2017, the motherboard is not going to have that update installed out of the box for you.

Do you have RAM and a graphics card installed, and your monitor plugged into graphics card display outputs (not the motherboard outputs)?

Yes TJ and updating bios did nothing
