My PC woke up alone, am I hacked?

It happened before that my pc would wake up in the middle of the night from Sleep mode, but I would just Disable my mouse, keyboard or LAN from being able to wake it up in the options

But last night, I woke up to it running only to shut down itself before reaching the keyboard to shut it myself. It made me feel weird, like it's being haunted or worse, like another person is controlling it.

Problem is that I have some knowledge with pcs, built it myself and usually debugging it, installing OS, and all that jazz. I now disabled "Allow wake timers" in power options. Anything else to cover?

I'm running Avast with no major issues for about 3-4 years aside the mal injectors that get blocked by it from browsing on some unsafe sites at times

Many software packages have timers events created to check for software updates in the middle of the night. You would have to look at all the scheduled events to see if that is the case. I wouldn't jump to the "hacked" assumption.
