Question My pc won’t boot after build

I just built my pc and have no luck getting it to boot (nothing being displayed to monitor).

Specs:
asus rog strix b450-f mobo
1660 super
ryzen 5 3600 (amd sent me the bootkit), Corsair vengeance 16gb ram (3600)
500gb crucial ssd
1 tb segage hdd

I’ve tried replacing the mobo and gpu, tried with 3200 MHz ram and I’m still getting the same issue. The yellow-green light indicator keeps going on. The manual of the mobo says that light indicates a boot issue but I can’t seem to figure out the issue.

Yes. The box says “AMD RYZEN 300 DESKTOP READY”. There is nothing on the 500gb ssd

unplug both ssd and hdd to see if you can get into bios
