My pc won’t boot and the light is stuck on cpu

So few days ago I’ve built my first pc and yesterday night I left it on sleep because I was gonna use it again but I fell asleep. And today morning I went to open it again and it wouldn’t boot on sleep so I switched off the power supply power and tried to turn it on and I saw that the cpu light was on , on the debug tool thing on the motherboard I tried to clear cmos which didn’t do anything

No pins were bent I was using my pc yesterday
