Question My PC won’t boot into BIOS or Windows ?

Recently my pc was having problems and I thought it was the psu but just today I got a new psu. My pc turns on and when I do, my fans go really fast and then they slow down. It also shows the buttons to go into bios but when I try to press f2, it just restarts on me and won’t let me access bios at all. I tried reseating the ram, running pc with 1 ram and no ram, cleaning cmos battery and running pc with no cmos battery.

My motherboard also blinks orange when i run my pc.

Pc specs -
Gpu - Rtx 2070 Super
Cpu - Ryzen 7 3700x
Motherboard - Prime B550M - A
Psu - EVGA 650W
Ram - Ballistix 3600hz

It might very well be possible that the BIOS might be corrupt. Can you drop your processor onto another known working motherboard(with the right BIOS version)?

Try and follow the option/steps mention in page 52, section 1.11.3 titled Asus CrashFree BIOS 3.

I tried doing a bios flashback but I can’t even boot into bios.
I am pressing the right keys and smashing the keys but it won’t work. It shows the press f2 to go into bios then when I do, it just disappears and then it pops up again. My fans also consistently speed up fast and then slow down and it restarts but then fans are still running. What do i do?
