my pc won’t boot... please help!

my pc will only turn in for about 10 seconds then turn off and it keeps repeating itself until i turn it off and it does not show a display. i removed the motherboard from the case and unplugged and replaced everything back in and still the same thing. What can i do??

no i just put everything together and tried turning it on for the first time. only the gpu, cpu, psu, and one preinstalled case fan’s turn on and then turns off. i unplugged everything but the motherboard power and cpu power connectors, and the cpu fan and still the same thing occurred. i have the speaker installed and i still don’t get any beeps

asrock 365m pro4 motherboard
evga 500w power supply
team group 1x 16gb ram
asus geforce gtx 1050ti gpu
240 gb ssd
2tb hdd

what the cooler? take the 1050ti out and test with igpu out from the motherboard?
check for bend pin on the motherboard socket?

it is an Aresgame river 5 cpu cooler
i did that and still the same thing happened. i checked and there are no bent pins on the motherboard but on the 24pin connector, one of the pins is empty with no wire . Idk if that’s the problem or it’s supposed to be like that.
