My pc won’t display anything or boot up

I just made a pc and when I plugged it in the fans turned on, and it lighted up but it was not displaying anything. Please help me and give me possible reasons why. I am using the graphics on my i3 8100 until I get a gpu so it can’t be a problem with the gpu.
asrock extreme 4 pro
p400 tempered glass case
i3 8100
8 gigs of vengeance ram 2400
250 gb ssd
The motherboard has rgb leds that blink blue when it is turned and a single red led that is always on even when the pc is off. All the fans come on and if the cpu isn’t powered they don’t so I think the cpu is fine. The ssd is also fine because I checked it on my old computer.

It says in the manual that the red led is a bios led. Monitor immediately goes into power save mode (turns off) when pc is plugged in.

Have not plugged in the hd audio pin yet because is does not seem to fit.

Can you provide a full spec list of your new build? Have you re-checked all your wiring connections? Does your motherboard have any POST codes or diagnostic LEDs on board?
