My PC won’t turn on and I’ve only had it for 2 weeks

While I’m using my computer it just shuts off and when I try and turn it back on it either turns on for 3 seconds then shuts off or doesn’t turn on at all. When I tried to fix it in the beginning it seemed for it to turn on something had to be shifted as when I started playing around with the CPU fan it just burst to life. But it still happens and this time it will not turn on again. When I first built my Pc I went a solid week and a half with no issues so I do not know where these issues had come from.

UPDATE: I Unplugged and replugged both the 24pin power and cpu connectors and it turned on! I’ll update this once more if it shuts off again, thanks!
