Question My PC won't boot after not using it for a week ?

Hi. I came back after a week to my pc to start and then 1 second after i push the start button the PC gets turned off by a circuit breaker because of a fatal error i assume and then tries turning on again and again in an endless loop

I noticed that my 2 front fans that are plugged in headers CHA_FAN3 and 4 don't spin when the PC tries to start but the other 3 fans i have do. I tried to plug the 2 fans that didnt work into a diffrent PC and they both worked. i plugged 1 of the 3 fans that worked when the PC tried to start into the header CHA_FAN3 and the fan wouldnt start spinning anymore. Also there is a beeping sound coming from the harddrive Ask any questions.

No. But i found out that my PC actually starts and doesnt turn back off if i remove one of the main cables going from the PSU to motherboard called CPU

So your PC works normally without that cable?

No. The monitor says HDMI power saving mode... which it did even before my problem but it worked after turning the monitor on and off a few times
