Question My PC won't boot again

Yesterday I was trying to start CS:GO
I knew it won't run well on my PC with dead specs temporarily
Athlon X2 7750 Dual Core @ 2.7 GHz
3GB Ram
MOBO Integrated GPU
Unknown PSU
First , I saw a blue screen , then my PC turned off very fast
I tried to turn it on and the fans were spinning but there were 3 Beeps For The Ram
I tried many different configuration and I suspected my Hard Disks and somehow it showed up a screen of starting but I turned it off to put other HDDs
Then , I tried to turn it on and the fans stopped spinning and didn't work again
Any help pls

Make and model of the PSU...? An incomplete system's specs won't help us finding the problem anymore than what you're able to do.
