i have my pc working. and i decided to reapply thermal paste and clean my stuffs.

i remove the motherboard from the case.

i remove hsf and clean old thermal paste with alchohol and cotton. also did in the processor.

and when i return all the connections and turn the pc on. there's no beeps, it won't boot. all fans are spinning. green light on motherboard.

i tried removing the cmos battery and put it back- nothing happens
i tried other psu. nothing happens.
i remove the hsf and turn it on. i put my finger on processor and i feel heat. and i turn it off immediately. it means my processor is working.
i tried to remove the ram. and turn on. no beeps. i dont know if my case has speaker or what

this pc is working before and ive done cleaning this many times.

what might be the problem guys. pls help. is it the motherboard? i didn't to anything on the motherboard. i just clean the old thermal paste and reapply. what could be the problem. help pls

How many places is the motherboard connected to the power supply? There should be two different plugs, one broad and flat one, and a smaller one near the CPU. Also, make sure that your harddrive is connected to a power source and the motherboard.
