Question My pc won't boot only fan spins but no display

I recently build a new pc with used i3 2100 and used Asus h61 motherboard ,4gb ram and a cheap used power supply ..my pc won't turn on ... there is no post beep only fan spins but no display

Please anyone tell me what I do now? Any solution??

Yeah I have a graphic card but I can't install in it as It won't post

I think the problem is because of psu
Did u fix CPU and RAM well in motherboard check that also

Yeah I checked it many times but my pc won't turn on 😭.. please tell me what should I do? Should I change my processor or Power supply?

I saw a YouTube video in which a guy has same problem fan is spinning but won't turn on he fix the problem by replacing psu
