My PC won't boot or POST

Hi! I have recently bought a HyperX 1x8GB DDR3 1866MHz module. We tested the module in the store together with my i5-3470 and an ASUS P8H61MX. The Store test was successful the technician even accessed the BIOS. When I got home I immediately assembled it with my old case, gpu, hdd and psu. The first boot was successful, I immediately accessed the BIOS to check the Memory Timings. I also have loaded the Optimized Defaults then Save and Exit. After the 1st boot, It didn't boot/post again. Already did the CMOS Jumper and the CMOS Battery. I also cleaned the memory slots using an electronics cleaner(co-contact cleaner). The memory module and i5-3470 w/ mobo are still under warranty, I want to know the problem before I take them to the store.

HyperX - Brand new
i5-3470 and P8H61MX - Second hand

HyperX Store/Shop test with technician - OK!
Assembled the unit and the first boot - OK!
After Exit the BIOS the unit didn't boot/post again

psu- 450watts true-rated korean
gpu- gtx 560
hdd-500gb

The unit ran successfully during the test boot and the 1st boot. After the 1st boot, It failed to POST/Boot.

The motherboard I bought was found defective and has been successfully replaced by a new one. Particularly, a Biostar H61MLV that fully supports Ivy gen.
