I've already tried all the recommended issues in the guides minus the system speaker stuff. I've breadboarded the build and even at the minimum it still won't boot. It cycles through every light except the green light at the very end. Fans turn on and every component seems to be getting power. This is a fresh build and all parts are brand new from amazon or newegg. I checked the beep codes on the motherboard manual and don't think they would help fix the problem unless it is that something is broken. Don't know why it would cycle through the red, yellow and white lights if the CPU, RAM, or VGA were broken though.
Any help would be appreciated.
