i have dual channel ram 2x4G and 4 slot ram (dual channel mobo Gigabyte GA-Z97X). the problem is i need to swap and reseat the ram every time i power on the pc.
i.e: lets say ram1 is in slot1 and ram2 in slot 3, to succesfully post or boot the pc i need to reseat the ram like ram 2 in slot 1 and ram2 in slot 3 (swap it) or reseat both of it in other slot (slot 2 and 4). basically i need to put the ram in other combination than the last time it shutdown.

sleep and restart works fine btw.
it is an old 2015 gtx970 intel i5 4690k build
i already try: clean ram slot it with contact cleaer, reset bios by removing cmos .

kindly reply if anyone have this kind of problem and found the fix

---UPDATE Oct 26, 2021---

so i installed new cmos battery but the problem still persisted

---UPDATE Oct 27, 2021---
Swap my PSU with new one, still no luck
windows memory diagnostic tools return ok/ no problem

should i buy new ram at this point?
