Hey guys, I just completecd my build, pluged everything in, but it seems I cannot boot up.

MB: MSI 760GA-P43

CPU: AMD FX 6300

PSU: Corsair VS650

RAM: HyperX Blu 8GB @ 1600

GPU: MSI GTX 760 TF 2GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

This is what happens when I power up the PC: http://imgur.com/a/UterK

It won't detect my keyboard (plugged in PS/2) neither a flash drive with Windows on it. I tried 2 PS2 and one USB keyboard and neither one will work, no light and it seems like I/O panel isn't working but it's psu cables are in. I have no clue what to do, please help me.

Can you go to BIOS?
If you can, then go to BOOT Sequence (name might be different)

Your Hard Drive apparently does not have an OS.
Do you have a DVD drive (CD/DVD OS disk)

You mentioned a Flash Drive.... with the OS.... then make sure that Booting of USB device is an option (and it is selected here)

I don't have an optical drive, I planned on installing Windows from a flash drive. Do you think getting an optical drive would solve this?

There's a problem - it won't detect my keyboard, its lights are not even flashing and I tried 2 PS2 and one USB keyboard - therefore I cannot get into Bios.

I have a feeling that Mobo could have a malfunction as the I/O panel seems to not work.
