My pc wont boot up

Hey guys,my specs are ryzen 1700,gtx 1070,evga g2 750 w psu,3200 mhz ram 16gb,ab350 gaming 3 motherboard.I recently tried overclocking from bios i increased to 3.7 ghz but it wasnt stable so i wanted to add more voltage from 1200 to 1220 after increasing to it my pc wouldnt boot up but everything works fans cpu etc im really scared if i burned something..how possibly would i fix this and if resetting cmos would help?Thanks in advance...

You shouldn't need a video for such a simple procedure.

The CMOS battery is a round, silver coin battery and is located between two of the expansion slots.

Turn PC off & unplug from power supply.
Note which way up the battery is before you pull it.
Pull out the CMOS battery.
After 5 minutes, put the battery back the right way up.
Boot in to BIOS Setup.
Check boot drive configuration is correct.
Save any changes, then exit.
Your voltage should be 1.25~1.35v at most. Now to get your PC back running reset bios. If you dont know how unplug from the outlet and pull the motherboard battery for 5 minutes. Put the battery back and plug up load into bios to make sure boot drive is set correctly.
