Possibly, wouldn't really explain the RAM though. That might be motherboard/CPU damage.
You can try testing the GPU in another system, but it could have failed abruptly and caused high draw on the power supply causing a shut down.
If the PSU blew up slightly it could have sent high voltage to some components. Really the only way to test is to have known good hardware. If you don't have access to things, a local computer shop is your best bet for diagnostics.
