Question My pc wont boot

So i tried booting my pc and it powered on with no display but everything else looked to be fine so then after i waited for couple of minutes for the display to come on but with no luck so i turned off the pc with the psu which probably was a mistake. I then tried to readjust the gpu and ram sticks but that didnt help, the pc still wont boot. If you can help me i would appreaciate it

What components? Is there an internal speaker (not regular speakers) available?
