Question My Pc won't boot.

After swapping in my new Corsair LPX 2X8GB DDR4 3600 MHz. They were running at 1200MHz, so i decided to change it to 3600MHz but the option wasn't available cause my CPU RYZEN 5 1500X in my knowledge cant have that option so i chose 3200MHz with CAS 16. And after saving & exiting my pc turned on but won't boot. My peripherals arent lighting up and my monitors are pitch black.
