My PC detects my mouse and keyboard, but not other hardware. I tried connecting my phone and my wifi adapter to my PC, and my PC doesn't seem to notice them. The light on my adapter turns on, as if recieving power, but my computer won't notice it, and won't install the drivers for it, resulting in no internet.

Strangely, when I tried to connect my laptop to my desktop via ethernet cable, it didn't detect that, either.

I see a lot of !'s. In the other devices tab, I see them on Base System Device, Ethernet Controller, PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller (four times), PCI Memory Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller, SM Bus controller, Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller, and Unknown device.

You need these from the systems' site. Chipset, LAN, USB if theyre there.

Go into the other entries with the ! dbl click on them go to details tab, change it to hardware ids.

Copy and paste them into Google it'll tell you what they are. You have to get them from the mobo maker's site as well

My PC can't gain access to the internet, and it won't recognize my flash drive. Is there another way to get what I need onto my PC through my laptop?

Well, I tried installing the VGA drivers, and it said that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements, even though my Windows 7 isn64 bit, and i chose that option

My computer doesn't seem to be detecting my GPU either, but I figured what we were doing now would fix that. My monitor is connected to it, and works just fine, but it doesn't detect that I have it installed when I go to dxdiag. Graphics card is a 1050ti FTW Edition. Thanks for your help so far, by the way. Got everything working except for the GPU now.

When I did the Nvidia auto-detect, it couldn't detect it either.
