My PC wont detect my GPU and my internal intel graphics

Hi, I built a new PC, the HDMI from the gpu is connected to the monitor. The monitor runs fine. The GPU fans are running. I tried installing the drivers but my PC says "No NVIDIA Graphics Device Detected". Same in the Geforce experience application.

When I open bios and check the hardware section, it says NVIDIA gpu detected compatible in slot.

I'm not really sure what to do here. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks!

Edit: I can see NVIDIA Virtual audio device in the device manager under "sound controllers". But thats about it

Edit #2: I found the Card in the Device Manager under hidden devices and it's giving me "Code 45. Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45). To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

Solution
Full specs may help with contextualising the problem. As is there's little to go on. As a complete guess I would start with checking connections to see if anything is loose.
