My PC won't detect my NVIDIA Graphics Card after Windows Update

Hello,
Last night my Windows updated it's own. And this morning my graphics card won't get detected anymore, even in "Device Manager".
I already tried everything, removing the card then putting it back again, system restore, trying to reinstall drivers, BIOS, etc.
I don't know what's happening, my PC was perfectly fine until this morning. Can anyone please help me?
I have a custom built PC here are my specs:
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K
- Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H
- RAM: 8 GB
- Hard drive(s): 2x 1 TB
- Video card: Palit GeForce GTX 650Ti
- OS: Windows Ultimate

What does Device Manager show under Display Adapters?

Also when I opened up the casing, the fan was working, so I have no idea anymore what to do.
