After I took my motherboard out of my case to get dimensions and plan out how to install it into my next case I plugged everything back in and my computer won't output a display. I have used multiple HDMI and DVI cords from my monitor to my graphics card (gtx1050ti) and verified that my monitor works and all the cords are plugged in properly but it still will not work. Can I get some help?

Can you plug straight from your motherboard hdmi port? Just to confirm an image? If so the that's the motherboard working fine. Once you have achieved this. Try and take out your gpu and put it in again, you may not have sat it in right (Its happened to me when I was in a rush with a build).
