My configuration is about 9-10 months old and I haven't cleaned it once. I believe my thermal paste and heatsinks are in good shape. Evry time I boot up my PC, I hear a short, light beep and the PC boots up, goes to Gigabyte insists on Ultra Durable screen and Windows boots up. Today, the PC has booten up normally, went to Windows, but it didn't give me any signals. Windows 7 Device M. says every component is there and working, SpeedFan says OK, the noise from the PC is present. I suspect it's the PSU or CMOS. I overclocked yesterday, but only the GPU fan of my R7 240. SpeedFan Log:Win9x:NO 64Bit:YES GiveIO:NO SpeedFan:YES
I/O properly initialized

This rarely happens, usually i hear a short beep, indicating everything is OK. I OC-ed to 60% Fan Speed from 30% speed. I oc
my GPU twice, and my CPU 0 times. I have a stock cooler for cpu and no case fans. Also, my performance in FurMark is increased by 5 and more FPS magically. Is this connected?

Solution
The small speaker attached (or soldered) on your mobo is probably dead. But, I suggest running tests just in case. But the first thing you should do is replace the small speaker on your mobo (consult your manual and find a 4-pin speaker header.) Once that is done try and boot your system. If it beeps then everything is good.
