Question My PC wont let me reset.

So I recently installed a new Motherboard that fixed an issue I had, but now the computer immediately goes into Startup Repair and then says that it couldn't repair my pc. When I went to reset my pc, it said "There was an issue resetting your PC, no changes have been made." I've tried everything on multiple youtube videos, and I haven't found anything that'll work. I'm also getting thrown the code "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO".
