My pc wont load everytime i power up

my laptop wont load everytime even when i try loading it in safe mode. any advice

can you be a little more specific about your problem?

first update your system with Windows update and install the latest service pack of vista
scan for virus with antivir
you can do a system restoration with the windows tool
or try to repair your windows with your windows dvd and the console
