Basically i unplug and replace my new SSD power connector while psu still on, pc wont open anymore. Just wondering what is the problem and what should i replace? mobo or psu

Solution
Short is my conclusion about it. It would suck if it indeed shorting is the cause would all the components would be damage too? hopefully not.
actually your psu won't let electricity damage your components. but it depends on it's specs. idk how it called protections or smth else. i'd really try to swap psu, mb borrow from a friend.

i would try to swap parts from your pc to your old working pc for example. try to run your pc with another power supply. i'm totally not sure but it might be a short circuit.
