Question My pc wont post after reset

So I reset all my motherboard setting and defaults and now it's not posting the boot drive light stays on but I already reseated the ssd and still not posting. I also removed the cmos batter for more than 5 min so it should have cleared cmos but still not posting. Any recommendations?

I wanted to reset my cpu clock speed because after using ai suite 3 and used the auto oc my cpu won't go over 4.2ghz so I wanted to return to normal clockspeeds

So I put the gpu in the other slot and got into bios I tried to go into windows and now it's happening in both slots

No don't worry I managed to fix it I guess my os got corrupted and I could not boot properly so I changed monitors and got into bios and wiped my ssd and re installed windows
