Question My PC Wont POST, I don't know what to do ?

hi I'm having an issue where my pc wont POST, it started when i wanted to replace my thermal paste because I didn't want to use the pre-applied which came with my cooler. Before replacing it the pc worked fine and nothing was wrong. Now after putting the cooler back on it won't post. The fans spin and it lights up though. I'm using the Ryzen 5 3400g with the stock cooler. I think I may have put the cooler on backwards since it needed a lot of pressure to put iton. . I need to know if my motherboard or CPU is dead or if I can just fix it.
can anyone help me ?

Asus Prime a320m-k
ryzen 5 3400g
No PCIe GPU
2x8gb 2400mhz ddr4 ram
Thermaltake 500w PSU
500gb Crucial SSD

Have you checked the cpu for any bent or broken pins? You may have damaged it when putting the cooler back on too tightly? Seeming as it was working fine before, it's the only thing I can think of.
