[SOLVED] My pc won't post if I put RAM in the slot B on my mother board.

I bougth 16gb of ram and a Gigabyte H310M M.2 2.0 motherboard, when I try to put RAM in the slot B the pc just won't post. I checked it isn't a RAM problem and my BIOS are up to date, I also vaccum cleand the whole mobo in case of dust being in the slot, but still no post. Please help.

What brand and model of RAM? Speed? 1x16GB or 2x8GB?

What CPU do you have on that board?

Ram brand is TeamGroup. 3200Mhz. 2x 8gb.

Try swapping in another type of ram and updating the bios. maybe your current version doesnt support that ram. also check to make sure the bios remembers the time, it could be a cmos issue.
