I just installed new AIO cooler for my PC, I followed every steps to install the cooler. Pump cable to case fan pin , radiator fan to cpu fan. But the system won't boot randomly, it keeps turning on and turning off few times then able to get in windows.

After boot success without any problem the PC is running normally, no crashes no freeze. Gaming 4-5 hours without any problems.

Did I do something wrong to install aio cooler?

Everything was working fine before I install new AIO cooler.

My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MSI b350m gaming pro
MSI RTX 2060 Super
Teamgroup delta 3000 8gb ram *2
CoolerMaster 550W gold 80 plus

Edit:
CPU overclocked 3.7Ghz @ 1.275V
RAM overclocked to 2999mhz 1.35V

Thank you for your reply, but i'm confused.

The installation guide says connect the 3pin pump cable of the radiator to CPU_OPT or AIO_PUMP pin but I didn't find it on my motherboard, and connect the 4 pin cable of the fan to CPU_FAN. So I put the pump cable to SYS_FAN1 on my motherboard , fan cable to CPU_FAN.

And I set the SYS_FAN1(pump) to 100% in bios.

Do I really need to put the pump pin back to cpu fan?

The AIO cooler is NZXT kraken m22.

This is the installation guide PDF from NZXT's official website.

You should be fine the way you have it. As long as the pump is set to 100% in BIOS.

Usually you connect the pump to CPU fan and set to 100% in BIOS. That is unless your motherboard has an AIO/Pump header.
