Question My PC wont post sometimes and when it goes it wont boot to windows

I have a ryzen 5 s600 on a GIGABYTE AB350M-DS3H motherboard a gtx 1050 ti
16 gigs on ddr4 gskill ram a 500wat corsair power supply
when I turn on my computer all the fans spin either at full speed or at a level pace nothing shows up on my monitor. but when It does post I try and boot to windows it won't boot in it will either saw unknown file system or will be in a boot loop please help I just built this\
UPDATE now it boots sometimes but will stop displaying to a monitor and then the fans just keep spinning I'm thinking this could be a GPU problem now please let me known

try another sate cable from board to drive and test .

it boots now but still has the crash and post problem please help

now try to use another sata port on the board and see if crash still occur if yes then try to check your psu with occt on stress test for about 10 min then use the drive maker software to test it .
