Question my PC won't post

My system( asrock x570 phantom, ryzen 5 3600, lpx DDR4 3600, crucial 1 tb m.2, corsair hx 850i) wont post, I have checked that none of the parts are broken but it still wont post. The fans on the devices are spinning except the one on my GPU( pretty sure its on idle) and the monitor does receive a signal but only precedes to turn black instead of Gray.

Any help would be appreciated

and the gpu is? make and model of the psu?

try:

Check if the gpu needs 6/8 pin connector and if it is properly connected.

Verify that you are using the gpu output and not the motherboard output.

Reseat the gpu.

GPU is a power colour red dragon rx 5600xt
PSU is a corsair hx 850i

I made sure, and it needs an 8 pin connection, I have also been using the GPU output and have reseated the GPU

test the gpu on another working pc?
