Question My PC won't show a display and before the cpu debug light will come on for 7 seconds and turn off then the vga light will go on

So my pc that I built myself was working for about a couple months and now it is acting very weird it wont show a display and before that the cpu debug light is one for about 7 seconds and I have made sure that it is plugged in properly and slotted correctly (same as my gpu btw) and it then will turn off then turn on my VGA light and I won't get a display. RAM haven't been a issue at all it is actually the same color as I left it and it isn't the monitor. Here are my parts if you guys could help me and I have pressed the bios button on the motherboard and it haven't done anything

1. Did you tried with only 1 RAM(Try each slot) and without Graphic Card?
2. Is there any display at all or just "No signal" on monitor?
