My pc won't start!!! No image after crashing.

Hello guys so today I was playing Counter Strike Global Offensive and my computer suddenly CRASHED and had no image so I forced reset and when it started back on there was this beep coming up from the motherboard, the debug LED showed an 0d code and still no image in my monitor.
I tried removing my rams and testing them 1 by 1 but still the same.
I cleaned up my Cpu surface and added new thermal paste. Still the same thing.
Also tried taking out the bios battery for a few minutes and pressing the reset bios botton but nothing.

So I have a new pc I built for my wife it's an i3 2120. I tried my gpu on it but it wouldn't recognize it.

Can someone please help me?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 rev. 3.0
Cpu: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Ceiling 120mm
Ram: Kingston HyperX Fury 4x4Gb
Psu: EVGA Supernova 1000 G2
Hdd: 1.5 TB WD and Seagate barracuda 2x250Gb

Pc where I tested my Gpu

Motherboard: ECS H61H2- MV
Cpu: Intel i3 2120
Ram: Crucial BALLISTIX 2x2Gb
Teated with my EVGA PSU

Please help me guys.

Hi,

Didi you try to install the drivers on the test machine?
If the driver still don't notice the gpu, it is defective.

If computer crashed and the won't post it is most likely a power / overheating issue
The PSU is more than enough but could be tired.
You need to test CPU / Ram and PSU in another computer to see if the problem replicates

Yes I did try to install the drivers but could not.

And the problem is that I only have 1 amd motherboard so I can't test it on another motherboard
