Hello on I changed my pc case 2 days ago and swapped all the components to the new case. Every thing went fine yesterday, i was playing games, watching videos, it was working as it should. but i turned on my pc today and nothing happend. I didnt change anything or touch anything in the case. i have no idea what is wrong with my pc. i would appreciate with anyone knows what to do.

Solution
Maybe....but before you do that....maybe try and disconnect all the extra drives except the boot drive.....disconnect all the lights and fans except the CPU fan (and make sure that fan spins free) .......and anything else you have hooked up that is extra....and leave just one stick of RAM in (or the minimum amount you can get away with....whatever that is)

Also....if you have integrated graphics....remove the GPU and use the integrated graphics.........and finally try and boot.

.....and here is where a volt meter would come in handy because you could measure the voltages. There might be something pulling one of the rails down on the PSU.

OR

It might be the MB as you eluded to.

yes i replugged everything today and still nothing. i dont think that the psu is the issue because when i turn on the psu switch my gpu light glows white. i've also switched the battery on my motherboard. i have abslotely no idea what i should do now.

Well....that's not a bad sign, but it doesn't clear the PSU.

Being you swapped the case two days ago....I'm wondering if there wasn't a connection made that wasn't quite good.

I would definitely unplug the machine and disconnect one thing at a time....inspect the plugs and the jacks and slots for anything odd.....and reconnect.

It may be as simple as this.

If that doesn't work.....I would be looking at the power supply and checking the voltages.

im not sure what odd things i'll be looking for since im new to pc building. but could it be something wrong with the motherboard?

As far as what to look for....that's not as important as just disconnecting and reconnecting.

Many times, just disconnecting and reconnecting will do the trick.

Why I say "inspect" is.....while you have the connectors disconnected.....you might as well inspect for bent pins.....debris.....and whatever else doesn't look right.

as far as i can see nothing looks broken or bent, i have disconnected and reconnected the pins and connector many times now. i am completly lost.
one thing that might be worth mentioning, i got my current psu around 3 weeks ago.

it was 300 watts and not enough to power the new gpu i was getting.
people on reddit are saying that my 450 watt psu isnt enough for my build because my case have 2 led fans. so think the psu is probably the issue

lets hope that psu is the issue. i also forgot that my 1060 is overclocked, so that might explain why my psu isnt enough
