My PC won't turn on for first time pressing power button?

Hello there.
so i've been having a problem with my pc.
whenever i turn on the pc, first time power button pressed..all cpu/gpu lights turned on but not display.
second time it starts normally.
what is the problem?
my full specs.

Xeon x3460 (stock)
ddr3 6gb ram
asus rx480 4gb
corsair cx 550 (non modular)

Edit:
after noticing properly i saw that there is no hdd activity
hdd led stops blinking after 2-3 secs and no blinking after that.


please help
 
It is a situation that is not unusual. In fact, in some cases when you press the power button it starts up for a couple of seconds, then stops and then starts up well without pressing the power button a second time.

In general it happens only the first time it is started in the day or if the psu is disconnected.

It is known as the "double boot" and is a measure of protection of some motherboards in the presence of strange circumstances (some overclocking, some parameter of the bios or a fall of the electric fluid ..). Many times it is not possible to know the cause.
