My PC Won't Turn On. Processor Fan Spins for a Second, Then Turns off

Just built a new pc, with a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P Motherboard, 750w EVGA PSU, and GEForce GT 730 Graphics card. Pc won't turn on when I press the power button. Fan Above the processor turns on for a second, then stops spinning. ANy Ideas?

It could be a short. Try testing the pc with case fans disconnected. If still the same, try testing the board outside the case.

I disconnected the case fan and it turned on Thank you so much!!

You're welcome. Connect the fan to motherboard only. Not to both board and power supply.
