My pc wont turn on when graphic card is plug

Hello guys im desperate, My pc wont turn on when graphic card is plug, i have a xfx r9 380 and it was working well but like a week ago the pc just wont turn on,today i tried unplugging the graphic card and the pc TURN ON but when i tried to plug it back it just does nothing the case fan spin less than a second but nothing else is the graphic card dead or it could be my psu corsair cx750m

Sounds like PSU or gpu failure, im thinking gpu. You'll need to swap parts to narrow it down

That's plenty of power.
If you have a second, even less powerful, power supply try plugging it in and see if it works. Just like norcalsc said, it may be faulty.

SYMPTOMS:
- Micro-second power on (fans start to spin, LED's flash once) when the Power button is pressed for the first time.
- No response from the power button there after.
- Following powering off the PSU, or disconnecting the PC power cable, the first Power On again show's a micro-second "sign of life."
- Motherboard LED is lit if the PSU is connected and powered.
- Unplugging the power cables on the PCI-E video card then pressing the ON button cause the system to start (fans spin properly, LED's lit).
-i tried an old Evga Gtx 280 that i have and work fine

processor:amd phenom ii 4 965be
Graphic:xfx r9 380 double dissipation
Ram:12gb

Sounds like a dead or damaged GPU to me.
