My PC wont turn on

This is my first time building a computer and I'm having trouble. I plugged in all the necessary cables but it still wont turn on.

Motherboard: Asrock Fatality x470 k4 gaming

PSU: EVGA 750 n1

Do you have the ATX plug in the right place? (Top left) It looks like it needs to go in the right side of that 8 pin socket.
