Question My pc won't turn on

Hey guys! I just wanted to get some help, I just built my system unit and used it for around a week already, it's just that I tried to turn it on this morning and It won't boot up, the cpu fans and lighting on my motherboard lits whenever i try to turn it on but it won't boot up and turns off after seconds

I have
MSI b450m Mortar titanium
Ryzen 3 2200g
Msi armor rx 580 8gb oc armor
Nighthawk team rgb 2x8gb 3000
Corsair Vs550w

if its turning off after seconds then I would cheek the CPU cooler is properly clipped down supper tight to the CPU

It is pinned down properly (not so tight, not so soft) I was able to identify that my psu's 24 pin isn't complete
