Question My pc wont turn on

Hi guys,
I have a question. My PC:

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti ARMOR 8G
AMD RYZEN 5 2600
MSI B450M MORTAR
SSD disk Crucial MX500 500GB SSD
Seasonic S12II-520
WD Blue 2TB
HyperX 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Predator Series

Wont turn on. The computer worked without problems for 3.5 years. 14 days ago I turned on my computer (absolutely normal) and after about an hour it completely shut down (I wasn't doing anything on it at that point). It seems like it doesn't respond to the power button at all.

What I tried:
Replace PCU for the new one - doesn't work
Paperclip text old PCU - PCU seems to work properly
check power switch on the case - seems to work properly
reset CMOS and turning on MB without case (with screwdriver 6 and 8 pin) - doesn't work

Then I left everything disconnected from the electricity and tried to turn it on after about 24 hours. Well it turned on for few seconds but MB debug led lights started flashing red and everything turned off after a few seconds. During further attempts, the PC did not turn on at all.

I removed the motherboard and found this on the back. Can this cause problems?

That would be your problem yes. That part of the board is fried.

Thanks for the reply. What caused it? Could this indicate also a CPU problem? (it's near CPU_PWR1 slot).

You could have had a power surge in the house, storm passed by, heat from the cpu area, static electricity, general failure of the solder welding etc. It is hard to tell what caused that.
