Question My pc wont work with my new monitor

So I bought a new cheap monitor but when i connect it to my pc, my pc wont even start or boot. but when i use my old monitor, my pc works just fine.

My specs:
Mobo - MSI A320 Grenade
GPU - GTX 1050
Proc - AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
Monitor (New) - Nvision xcs24
Monitor(Old) - Samsung SyncMaster

I tried using the new monitor on other [PC?] and its working fine.
I also tried different cables VGA and HDMI and all of them are good.
And also tried bios reset.

What I also notice on my pc when i am using it before, it will shut down if you unplug the monitor cables (power and VGA). It will also not even start or boot if you remove the GPU or did not even connect a monitor on it.

Please help if you have idea.

what port u use for new monitor?did u go in setting in monitor and select correct port?
