Question My PC works but one monitor doesn't get a signal ?

Recently I have been facing some problem. when ever I turn on my pc my one monitor gets a signal but the second monitor doesn't. it takes a long time and constant cable unplugging/replugging to get it to work.
I have tried the other monitor's cable but it still doesn't get a signal. The PC itself works completely fine.
I have turn on the pc with one monitor still same. restarted went to bios. what can i do?

Problem monitor: SAMSUNG LF22T350 22" 75Hz​

Working monitor: Acer EK220Q E3bi 21.5" 1ms 100Hz Borderless​

RTX 3070
Ryzen 5 5700x
g skill trident z neo 3600 MHz ram
Samsung Evo 970 pro
