My PCI slots don't line up with my expansion slots on my case? Easiest Fix?

My first time building a computer was yesterday. It went really great, everything on the build is running and I am currently using it. I did not notice this until a few minutes ago when I was looking online for a Video Card for a future upgrade. I am currently using the built-in graphics on the CPU.

Now, I have looked around my case and the I/O ports in the back of the PC fits perfectly. I have also looked online for some reasons why this problem is here. One reason is because of the standoffs/ a height issue. I tripled checked the standoffs before I even installed the motherboard. The thing that I am confused about is that all the back I/O's are perfectly aligned, yet all of the PCI and PCIe slots on the motherboard does not match/line up with the expansion slots on the case. I am glad i did came across this problem before I bought a GPU.

Now for the fixes, what are all my options? Like do I have to get a new motherboard, case, or something? Here's the parts just in case you need them. Thanks in advance!

You did not even try to install a GPU or another expansion card. The connector on the motherboard isn't lined up with the slot in the back; otherwise you couldn't install the card.
